Evaporating Glass is ideal when you need to visually monitor the evaporation process or when working with chemicals that might react with porcelain glazes. For extremely high-temperature "burning" or muffle furnace applications, porcelain is preferred; however, for standard solvent recovery, glass is more versatile.

Yes. Our dishes are made from 3.3 borosilicate glass, which has a very low coefficient of thermal expansion. This allows them to withstand rapid temperature changes better than standard soda-lime glass, though gradual heating and cooling are always recommended.

As a flexible labware manufacturer, we offer ODM services. If your process requires a specific surface area to accelerate evaporation rates for bulk processing, we can create custom molds based on your specifications.

For standard sizes in our neutral brand, the MOQ is very flexible. For Private Label orders (custom logos and branded boxes), the MOQ typically starts at 1,000 units per size.
