Principle of ELISA Plates

ELISA plates are commonly used in biochemical laboratories. They utilize an enzymatic reaction to detect a target substance. The basic principle is to bind the target substance to an enzyme marker, then wash the sample to remove any unbound material. A substrate is then added to bind to the enzyme marker. The reaction between the substrate and the enzyme marker generates a signal, which is then measured to determine the target substance content in the sample.
