Frosted End Microscope Slides

A glass slide is a thin, flat piece of glass used in microscopy and histology. It serves as a platform to hold small specimens, such as tissue sections, cells, or microorganisms, for examination under a microscope. Typically measuring around 75 x 25 mm, slides are often paired with coverslips to protect the specimen and ensure a flat viewing surface. They may be labeled to identify the sample, facilitating organization and analysis in laboratories, research, or educational settings.

Wide range of applications: It is recommended to use conventional marking systems for marking, and use pencils or markers for marking; it is specially designed for routine experiments such as histology, pathology, hematology, cytology, microbiology, etc., and is used for blood or body fluid testing, frozen tissue section examination, biological specimen preparation, etc.

Safe to use: The microscope slides and cover slips have no sharp edges, they are neat and will not hurt your hands, and children can also use them safely

High-quality material: Both the slide and cover glass are made of high-quality optical glass, which allows clear identification of samples. One end of the slide is frosted glass to prevent fingerprints.

Do not store slides and solvents together as the slide surface can turn hydrophobic. The frosting layer may fall off the glass where caustic condition are applied.

If the temperature is constantly warming and cooling, condensation may occur, which can cause sticking of the slides. Allow the slides to REACH room temperature prior to opening the cartons
